Earsquared attaches great importance to the processing of personal data communicated by Users of the Website or through contractual relations. The Company is committed to ensuring the preservation of data security.

 

This confidentiality charter complies with the provisions relating to data protection by European law included in particular in the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 but also all the French provisions in force such as the Data Protection Act. and Freedoms of January 6, 1978 by way of example.

 

 

Article 1: object

This charter concerns the data collected directly or indirectly by the EARSQUARED Company on all the information processed about the Users of the Website or any person bound by a contractual relationship.

This Charter will allow any User and co-contractor to know in a clear and precise manner the methods of processing data, whether personal or automatically collected.

“Charter” or “Policy”: refers to this document providing for all the methods of processing personal data.

“Data”: refers to data transmitted by Users or Co-contractors such as their names, first names, companies, e-mails, etc. This may also refer to data collected automatically by the Company, for example data collected when browsing the website.

The data collected about a User will be kept for a period of 10 years, unless the latter expressly requests their deletion. This deletion will be immediate.

The Company reserves the right to update this document and undertakes to make the new version of said document available to Users or Co-contractors. They will be able to check this Charter directly on the website, since with each new update, this new Charter will be put online immediately.

 

Article 9 – User rights and deletion of data

The EARSQUARED Company undertakes to keep your data confidential and to guarantee the exercise of your rights.

The User has the right to access, rectify or delete his personal data.

In cases where he wishes to delete his data, he must ask the Company, which will do everything necessary to delete them as soon as possible.

To request the deletion of data, the user must send an email to the contact address: contact@earsquared.com specifying the subject of their request.

 

Article 10 – Applicable law and disputes

The law applicable to this Charter is French law.

In the absence of an amicable resolution of a dispute concerning this Charter with any User or Co-contractor, the latter shall declare the competent French courts competent.
